A hidden gem. Really enjoyed the long weekend....great food, museums and homes to tour.

Great view of the Mississippi River and the sunset. Sit back and watch the river boats navigate the Mississippi. Stop by and enjoy the views.
The lady working at the front at the visitor center across from the National military park by the I-20 highway was rude and had an ugly tone like she didn’t enjoy her job. We did not stop in Vicksburg because if that one person who you see first is rude. Lord only knows how it will be in the town. So A group of 7 people drove off to Louisiana to our next stop. Businesses lost out on money that day.
