I had a bathroom sink that would not drain. I tried all of the regular homeowner remedies, Draino, Crystals, and snaking it myself with no results.nI got off work unexpectedly early today and called around to see if someone could come out today. After a few ridiculous quotes to unclog a drain, Tony's called me back and said they could come out.nThey were here within a couple of hours, was courteous, professional, and quickly resolved the drain issue for LESS THAN HALF of what I was quoted elsewhere.nThey EARNED my business today from every facet of a good experience.

I used this company five years ago and thought I could trust them. I called them in January 2016 to auger out my sewer line after discovering a blockage. They told me my sewer line was blocked in two places and claimed to have hit the second blockage 20 feet out in my yard. They charged me $200 without fully resolving the problem. Then they wanted to charge me $500 to run a camera through my line to figure out exactly where the blockage was. Thankfully I learned that MSD does this for free and got a second opinion from another plumber and to find out exactly where the blockage was. They told me that Tony's broke my sewer pipe in one place and had no way of augering out 20 feet. I felt lied to and deceived by the company and my $200 literally went down the drain.

I had several plumbers come and quote very high pricing for an overflow/tub drain issue and these guys were 1.Super knowledgeable about older plumbing 2.Very courteous 3.Knew I needed the most affordable option after being off work for 5 months and this could be a major financial disaster for my family. My issue is fixed and I am truly grateful.

Very nice people, but the first time I called them out, they replaced the wrong part of my toilet. 6 weeks later, my toilet was out of commission again due to the original broken part that was never fixed. They did come out again and fixed the original issue, but I spent a small fortune considering I had to pay for the extra visit, when it should have been done right the first time. I’m not sure why the original issue was not addressed, as it was explicitly stated, but paying twice for the same problem doesn’t sit well.
