A 5 star + clinicnat my first visit with Dr. Johanna Kimberl and Dr. Samuel Priece I was completely convinced that I had the most caring concern team of doctors who showed compassion about my health every since I totally refuse to go anywhere else if I have anything to say about it God bless you all and thank God for your compassionate works for greatest of these is love

I do not like to give negative feedback but I ended up finding another provider because of the way this office is run. I am very rarely sick, but I when I felt I had strep, I called to get an appointment. I was transferred twice to a voicemail and received no call back. When I finally got an appointment, I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. And this was not the first time. Then I was contacted by phone about a bill which I had not received yet by mail. She did apologize, stating “the doctor didn’t realize this isn’t an outstanding bill.” Finally, I received a lab bill for a test I never had on a date when I wasn’t even in the country. I, again, had to leave a voicemail and, again, never received a call back.nI have worked in healthcare for over 20 years so I understand things do not always run smoothly. And I’m glad there are those who have found great care here but I’m not one of them.

appointment was at 10:30 been sitting in pain for almost an hour. slowest business ive ever seen and I have to pay cash for the visit. this is a terrible clinic.
