Lower Mississippi River Museum

Great little museum that shows a cool history of the boat and the lower Mississippi River. The ladies in the front of the museum were so nice and helpful. We would definitely come back if we weren’t just visiting.

This is a really cool museum for both kids and adults. A lot of interesting information. You can tour the tugboat as well.

You can go back in history at this museum and learn so many things. It’s amazing the knowledge you can acquire in a short time at this museum. The tour of the boat takes it to another level. Don’t miss out on a opportunity of a lifetime. Don’t go after 3:00pm. It shuts down around this time regardless of the time you’ll read on the website. Be there early or you’ll miss so much.

Must go at least once. You will learn something.

Kids had so much fun, very interesting big boat free to walk around and see how they ran this boat how they slept and ate we loved it!!
