Had someone break into my shed. Only reason I stored my belongings there was because of the recorded surveillance. Just so happen, it was being serviced at the time my shed was broken into. They didn’t do a thing about it. The owner himself laughed at us like it was funny and all a joke. He then proceeded make fun of everything we said after that. Very rude very unprofessional and very negligent.
They are amazing , had a a/c storage unit my stuff was safe and well protected during 2 hurricanes A+ customer service!

I stored here for a few years. Clean facility, I would regularly see them vacuuming the hallways of the storage units. Twenty-four hour access with 2 codes. Very secure facility. Good rates. I think I chose this one initially because they were the cheapest in the Lafayette area. Although a bit of a drive from downtown it was worth the drive for a good price and piece of mind.
I had two storage buildings with StorageMax while I was remodeling my home. Very Clean. Very Professional. Would definitely use the again if I needed storage.
