Very knowledgeable, specific therapy to fix the root cause of your issues. I live that Lauren sends personalized exercises for rehab which speeds up the healing process. She’s been a go to for me for years ... highly recommend!

I cant recommend Lauren enough. Enjoying a life of training and lifting comes with many aches and pains. I have had several treatments over the years with Lauren who is amazing and very knowledgeable about what she does.nMost recently I had some low back pain that had been lingering for a couple of months. She recommended dry needling and after the first session my back pain was nearly gone. Very professional and always takes the time to make sure I walk away with a bit of new knowledge around keeping me healthy and in the gym. I will always be returning back to Neaux Excuses when my next unavoidable injury hits me. Thank you again Lauren.
