I would not recommend this place. I had braces here and I must say it was almost a complete joke. The staff are not well trained , I feel like its a money scheme.nlet me jst say “you get what you pay for”. Treatment isnt in full effect until ur total balance is paid off, after that everything is rushed into about 3 months. I do not recommend to anyone.nMy niece has had her braces for 4 years with this company, once the balance was paid off, I was told she would have to go another year and a half, $150 each month. She is only seen in the office once every 3 months. HORRIBLE! Her teeth have made NO REAL PROGRESS over the past 4 years. Save your money and stay away from this place. Only reason I gave one star is because I could not give zero.

(New Iberia Location ONLY) Service here was very professional and the staff was very helpful and informative. I arrived and was able to be seen immediately thanks to them actually honoring the schedule they gave me. The office was very clean as well which is what I expect when going to an orthodontist and/or dentist. I was also very please to see everyone wearing PPE and they had an effective process for temperature checks to ensure the safety and health of everyone. I’d prefer driving an hour and a half here before I EVER go to the Lafayette location again. I did however text about two of my rubber bands coming off as I was getting on the interstate leaving my appointment and was frustrated when I had to wait 2 days for a response which said “It’s no big deal and it won’t affect treatment. Thanks for your payment.....” Yeah well I look like a jack o lantern because my bottoms are missing two bands in the front. Overall the New Iberia location was great.

They weee phase, after 5 months calling the Baton Rouge location for my son who had a Bone Marrow Transplamt they wee able a to get him on the next day ... at this location . Customers service part when just dialing numbers I had to get out my characters for them to help me. .. I had left several messages and no one called me back. This office has great customer care for their patients .

1st time at this location & I must say....Loved the atmosphere.. Keyahana Took great care of me! As always :-) Got me in and out & satisfied! Will is also always nice and attentive to my concerns! I appreciate them so much! I’ve watched both of them grow in their career and so proud of them:-)! I will miss them when I remove my braces..... It’s great to see Lam always smiling at the front greeting everyone & very pleasant! Dr Nguyen is amazing, patient & kind! Overall great experience with her and her staff!
