But most importantly the store is made up by them staff. Employees here have the best style ever to begin with but will get you anything you want. They never try to over sell you, and will stick to a budget. I’ve always loved shopping here. I got extra help this last time and it was super appreciated! Thanks BBB💕

I am heartbroken. This place looked like a freaking dream come true for my type of shopping. But I have had nothing but problems with them, I'm pretty sure I don't always talk to the same person, but some are very rude and others talk to you like all you are doing is wasting their time :( This is a message I wrote today, again. After waiting a MONTH AND A HALF for someone to even make contact. And I just want to say, they have absolutely beautiful pieces, but they are so overpriced and under made that its not worth it. I'm so sorry you guys, but I just can't support this anymore. I spent everything for my birthday here and now I have nothing but half a cuff to show for it * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Hello - so its been over a month and a half since I have been contacted. And I really need to know what is going on. Also, the one thing that I did end up finally receiving broke within two weeks. This is not ok. I can get you the pieces back, but I need a replacement or need the money back to go find a company that will actually talk to me and not make me feel like I'm not even worth their time. I paid $60+ for a bracelet and it was broken within two weeks. No hard wear or tear or any damage to it and it literally fell apart :( This was one of the most beautiful pieces I have seen, but if I knew if was made out of horrible material I would never have gotten it. I have never ever once been rude to someone like this, I want to apologise, but I also really need you to understand where I am coming from. I always sign off "Thank you for your time and consideration" But you haven't done either :( You can't even take 5 moments out of a month and a half to talk back with your customers.
