Tokyo Japanese Steak House&Sushi Bar

This place is a joke! Went tonight for a birthday dinner and upon arriving there was no host/hostess. My children & I stood at the podium for well over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by the bartender who was busy talking. When she finally came from behind the bar she returned with Togo orders THEN she came and approached me to say that the hibachi side closed at 8:30 and if I wanted to sit dine in. I replied that it was actually 8:26 and it wasn’t my fault that she never even so much as said “hello, I’ll be right with you”. I went on to tell her that I was with the large party that was seated but there were no more chairs. She said she needed to call her boss and walked away into the kitchen. At that time a cook was cleaning one of the stove tops and he then set it up for us to go and sit. I waited politely for her to return instead of just going to sit down. S he returned with her boss on speaker phone who went on to tell me the same sorry excuse the bartender did and she also said if I wanted to come back on another day she would give me a discount. I declined and told her they needed to rectify the situation now because it wasn’t my fault that I was there and waiting without being acknowledged. The bartender kept asking the boss what to do and I asked if there wasn’t a manager on duty she said she was the manager. I told her she needed to fix the situation and allow us to go eat since the table was ready. Her and her boss kept saying for me to come back another time. I never got loud I was never rude. This is highly unacceptable! Definitely will not be returning.

I tried this spot before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoy the good vibes and tasty dishes and drinks. Great work.

This spot never disappoints. They serve fresh food for reasonable rates, there is no waiting time even when they are busy.

The one star is a gift. I ordered over 50$ woth of Coconut Shrimp and Calamari. I had to spit the coconut shrimp out. I’m not one that usually complaints or does revinIews. But, goodness gracious. It is awful!nI just threw over 50$ worth of food from there in the trash.nThey offered compensate. Not interested.nI just want to tell people to not go there

This site is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. everytime I I need a special lunch, this restaurant comes right away to my mind. very good and all sorts of food and a large menu.generous team, and pleasant spirit. Also important, the cost is reasonable. I recommend this restaurant with no hesitation.
