I went for lunch with a friend & her daughter for my friends birthday for lunch. The for the amount of people in the restaurant around 3 PM the service could've been better. Just by ease dropping on the other table it seemed the waitress kept messing up on the other patrons order. Plus the person who brought out our food was the one who checked on us more than our own waitress. Not sure who she was but we loved the way she waited on us. For the most part the the place was clean, everyone was socially distanced, the food was good and keep out somewhat fast.

One star is only because I had to. Definitely the worst Chilis service by far. Starting out with the website and online app not being available for use to not even view the menu. Chili's has definitely gotten worse over the years. No one answering the phone when I attempted to even place a to-go order as I watch the employee stand next to the phone before actually having to go inside to place my order. Witnessed customers standing near the entrance for at least 5 minutes without being greeted, until they finally walked out. Restaurant customer service has dwindled over the years and getting worse at a rapid rate. Please do better going forward in the future.

The food was good but the Waiter was not. Food took a long time to come out then the Customers who came after me was getting their food before me. He ask if the ticket was correct walked off and went to anothernguest while my sister was answering him..If dealing with more then one table at a time is a challenge then you shouldn't be doing that kind of work. I definitely will not recommend this Chilis and I will not return there

The place itself is located away from the residential area the food is spectacular the building is clean and the waitresses and waiters are nice, patient, and at times funny all in all it's a great place for a date or just to grab lunch
