Candlewood Suites New Iberia

Wonderful hotel in New Iberia! Very clean and up to date. Perfect for traveling nurses.nI feel super safe here and there is always parking available when I get off work :)

Zero stars booked a room, got into the room found a roach took a picture of it called front desk told them we would get another room. The front desk guy Dustin booked another room he gave us another room found another roach in there. Took a video of that had the proof. Told the front desk guy Dustin we would like to check out and the begun to ask if this has happened before the statement was made, I’ve been in this place industry for 15 years and this has never happened before. Didn’t try to defuse it or offer anything for such an inconvenience. My family and I traveled from Miami, Fl and were very tired that was the last thing we needed completely unacceptable. My family and I would never stay there again.

Very nice, clean, and neat rooms! Easy check-in and friendly employees. Only wish they had hot breakfast!

Kallie at the front desk is so sweet and friendly very helpful. The rooms and hallways are clean. They have a gym and free laundry is a plus!
