When going to drive-through they do not wait for you to finish your full order before giving you a total not responding back. This isn't the 1st issue have had with The same event I need to get better training to the Employees taken to drive-through orders cutting off people before their finished it was very rude because some of us like to get fresh food and a drink after a long night shift
I Maybe they would get five stars in ny dreams. I had to wait 8 minutes to get my food while five cars went past me from placing and receiving their orders. When you have a promotion ad big as the 2 FOR $5 @ MCDONALD'S you need to be prepared! Hot food yes proper management and leads know how much from previous sales the quantity of product that is needed for repeat sales!
Went there yesterday. My son loves Mc Chicken n fries. Except this time they messed up on his burger. We asked for no mayo he hates mayo .They put it on anyways ud83eudd15
The older lady that takes the orders in the morning needs to be retained she knows nothing. We no longer go because she never get our order right. And they always leave out 2 items out our order.
Today it was 5 ppl by the window and they still didnt get order right. The drinks were not fill in cups and they did not taste right. I love this place but today the girls could not work the windows, the customer service was nasty.
