Was just passing through and thought, why not?nWe both had the three meat plate and it was amazing! The brisket was especially excellent in that it just melted in your mouth. I wish we could have stayed longer but needed to get back on the road. Definitely worth the stop.
very good smoked chicken and brisket. I ordered my 1st steak from there today .a nice ribeye about 14 oz . grilled perfectly . tender , juicy and tasty . I recommend
Really enjoyed the food. Portions were great for the price!
The last time I ate there I got the buffet the fish filets, the fried shrimp, and the steak were all good but I wasn't asked if I wanted salad or slaw I didn't know I had the option until I got to the window and asked the lady if the buffet came with a salad and she told me either salad or slaw so I received slaw and the sweet tea wasn't sweet at all. The time before that when I ate there it was a Saturday night and I got the three meat plate and the meat was dry and the dirty rice had hard dried out clumps of rice in it.
Can't say enough good things about this place. Service is great, staff are friendly and helpful and the food is awesome. I don't know how they cook so many different things and cook them so well.
