The officers and employees do the best they can with the little they have. They work with you if you ask and are good to them.

The people in the office don’t know enough information about anything they be given the wrong information and they hold u accountable for their employees mistakes and I think that is very unprofessional to take people hard earn money and I was very upset about the wrong information and they never gave me back my full refund ... I wish I could speak to a supervisor the lady hung the phone up in my face but God Aint sleep ...
