I wish I could give zero stars they're impossible to deal with, almost every month they try to overcharge by adding late fees when I am on autopay. The gates are not secure a lot of the time the employees are rude whenever you call you do not get an answer only after multiple messages do they call back.nNow they are forcing you to buy insurance, this is so they can make even more money and not for your benefit. I advise anyone to find another location and that anyone has to be better than they are. As soon as I can travel back to Prairieville I will move my things to another location.
