Awesome customer service! The employees really make an effort to make sure that their customers are comfortable and happy with the results. They also offered complimentary tea. I was also sitting in one of the relaxing massage chairs that made the experience even better! Both the staff did my nails really nice ladies who try to get to know their customers! I’ve been seeing for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Pricing is always clear and consistent. The work is perfect every time. And the atmosphere is the most welcoming place, everything from reception to checkout. Anytime I’ve had issues or questions they are so nice and explain the answers out for me to understand. I leave there feeling fresh and with beautiful nails every time! Couldn’t recommend enough.
She painted my nails to perfection! My chrome nail polish is beautiful and I the entire staff is super kind and warm. They removed old polish no problem and were very gentle- she didn't even mind my wiggle or twitch from being ticklish! Great polish selection both gel and regular polish.
New favorite nail salon! I go there for a Gel Manicure every single month. They never keep you waiting, very friendly, and have a great selection of colors to choose from!
2 pedicures at 10am. I called and made appointments for my mom and I to get pedicures at 10am. We arrived at 10am and one stated on my mom. I sat there for 15mi s before they filled the water for my feet. I asked about my appointments and kept getting ignored. The same woman completed both pedicures. I sat and waited 40 mins while my mom got hers then my mom sat and waited while I got mine.nThat is NOT 2 pedicures at 10am. I wish I made it more clear when I called the day before. I guess appointments here are arbitrary.
