Every time I have gone in to this facility, the staff is so kind and welcoming. I called this morning to cancel an appt that I booked on the app in error & Madeline was so helpful and immediately corrected my mistake. She was extremely friendly and happy to help. Great service and a great staff!

Do not give these people your debit card information! I went in on Saturday for a “free” service. I signed up for a membership. Before leaving I decided to wait and asked them to cancel the membership. The receptionist said she had to wait on her manager, she didn’t have access to cancel. I called Monday and spoke to the manager, who gave me the run around. She stated she would call Corporate bc she couldn’t refund my money?! She stated she would call me back by 5:00 pm Monday. No call. I tried calling today and no answer. I have filed a claim against this business.

Where do I even begin..nI went to Planet Beach and signed a membership at the first visit. I did not like my spray tan after it formed. Since I signed a contract I just kept paying and I was going to cancel when time was up. I received a new card in the mail and forgot to update my payment. When I was hit for $75( On my canceled/non existence card) I went to the location and I was told I could cancel contract early for $99. I wanted to do this, but you can't cancel unless a General manger is there. I asked for an appointment and A week later never heard anything. After leaving a corporate review I heard from the GM. My email stated that I did not have a card to bill me (they charge a $35 charge if it doesn't go through)and I wanted to cancel and haven't been able to. She texted, we missed each others call, then the last text said she would call Friday. Never heard from her. Charges stopped so I figured she just went ahead and took care of everything since she is on maternity leave.. My canceled card was Hotcarded again for another $75.00 charge, I understand I have a contract and I was willing to take the penalty to cancel it even though I was really unhappy with their services... I have been dealing with this for 3 months now.....STAY FAR AWAY.. If you want a good tan go to The Monroe in Gonzales.

My wife had a tanning membership here and the service was horrible. Everytime she came in to do a spray tan the machine was broken. She decided to end her membership, seeing as how she DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT SHE COULDNT USE. This business hotcarded our debit card and we have been fighting disputes at the bank since last June. If you value your money and your sanity, DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS BUSINESS! Shady ppl.
