Extremely rude. Got stuck in the parking garage with three other vehicles. The number that was displayed said it was disconnected. With multiple attempts to get vehicles out by holding up baracades someone came over an intercom and threatened to call the cops for holding up a baracade. After explaining the situation he called us liars. He then told us to get back in our vehicles and he would open the baracades. Will not be parking here again.

Extremely rude parking attendant when having trouble with machine to exit garage despite multiple attempts by inserting 3 different credit cards correctly into machine. Not helpful at all.
