Family member is a patient here, struggling with depression. We call to have him seen immediately to have meds adjusted, all doctors are gone at 1:30pm on a Thursday. Weird, but ok. They mentioned he could see the NP. He goes in, NP won’t adjust meds but charge the office visit fee for nothing. NP advised the doctor would be calling today. It’s now 3:15, no phone call. Again, the patient is struggling with depression, debilitating depression. You would think that makes you a priority to treat. Not necessarily so.

Doctor caro is wonderful doctor. He is professional but also personable and extremely knowledgeable. I believe he saved my life . I explained my symptoms of what I thought was anxiety attack but he referred me to heart doctor and it turned out to be a 90% arterial blockage.heart doc put stent in but if doctor Caro hadn't referred me I hate to think of what would have happened. Thank you doc

I have been seeing Dr. Caro for 43 years. He has the best as far as I'm concerned! Him and his staff are excellent and he deserves more than five Stars. Thank you. Take care of her being my dr. All these years! God bless you and your staff

I've been seeing Dr. Caro for nearly 10 years. He is such a kind man and caring physician. Even after moving away from Ascension Parish, I still make the hour drive to see him because I couldn't find a doctor near me with the bedside manner of Dr. Caro. His entire staff are so warm and welcoming. As mentioned in other reviews, there's sometimes a wait but you don't have to have an appointment. My husband sees a physician more local to us and he can never get an appointment when he really needs to see a doctor, it's always a month or so wait. I never have that issue with Caro.

Dr. Caro and his Staff are the BEST! Very personable and professional. I've been going to Caro Clinic for 15+ years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Dr. Caro is always pleasant and caring. He WILL tell you how it is, along with great stories. He's a good Doctor and a good man. Thanks for always being there!
