The lady who took my blood saw I was nervous & decided to tap on my veins to make the blood come out faster, I felt horrible afterwards. & They kept me waiting for my blood test results. Everyday they would say I would have a call by the end of the day & everyday I would be the one to call them & they wouod tell me I wont have results until the next day. I gave 4 starts tho bc my doctor was nice to me & I didn't pass out after giving blood to the nurse even though I felt awful. So the doctors/nurses here do know what they are doing (for the most part)

Hollie Ortis is very thorough and caring. My wait time is short yet, she never makes me feel rushed. My ONLY negative comment would be- I wish I could get my labs drawn at the office instead of having to go elsewhere.

I don't think she is very professional because she just refills medications without even evaluating her patients and she just does whatever the patient says or want instead of what she supposed to do.
