Aspen Dental

My experience at Aspen Dental has been awesome. The staff is very nice and polite. The Hygienist Shemika is so pleasant and knowledgeable of her job. She made me feel so comfortable for my deep cleaning. Dr. Perez and his assistants also made my filling experience very comfortable. Thanks to the Staff at Aspen Dental for all that you guys do.

Everyone was very nice. I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Perez and his staff was very caring and got me in and fixed up as quickly as possible. He was very thorough and I really appreciated that. I appreciated it so much that I scheduled my daughter’s first visit with him.

Well I'm like a lot of people and try to avoid going to see a doctor about anything but I couldn't put this off any longer as the hole in my tooth was getting bigger. The dentist I went to in the past was my dads and I didn't want to make that long drive anymore, Aspen is just a few minutes away in Gonzales, LA and I have to say I was surprised and impressed with how nice, down to earth and professional everyone was. I have to go back because the hole in my tooth isn't the only issue and I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm looking forward to going back to the dentist, I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental to family and friends.

In general, the quality of service seems subpar. Scheduling was the best part of my experience with Aspen Dental. The employee that scheduled my appointment via phone was knowledgeable and took the extra initiative to get me a same day emergency appointment when the locations in my immediate area were not accepting new patients. Check-in at the office went well, the front desk clerk was friendly and I was called to begin my appt in a timely manner. The lead dental assistant, while taking my initial x-rays, began to bicker with a subordinate about her work task and assigned role as lead. Nevertheless, she regained the professionalism required for her leadership role. The Dr’s exam followed shortly thereafter. I was displeased with the limited recommendations for treatment the Dr. gave me to fix my teeth, especially considering how innovative & advanced modern dentistry is today. He seemed unwilling to meet me in the middle about my treatment, it was either a treatment that would only temporarily fix my issue, or a treatment that was not covered by insurance, when i know in fact there’s a treatment option for me that is covered and not as temporary as the one recommended. Additionally, the Dr. did not address a separate dental issue i inquired about after i refused the recommended treatment. When leaving, the benefit/financial coordinator was very short with me and slightly rude when discussing financials and next steps, i suppose it’s because i refused the Dr’s recommend treatment. This Aspen dental needs to improve its customer service and increase the services offered to better accommodate patients to stay competitive in modern dentistry.

I recommend this place to everyone!!! I went in on an emergency and they were able to see me 2 hours later. Dr. Perez and the entire staff was very attentive. He pulled a wisdom tooth that another dentist refuse to pull because the cavity was in the nerve of the tooth. The tooth was out in literally 20 seconds. My daughter is even going there to have her work done. I live in Baton Rouge and bypassed all those dentist just to go to this location.
