This place offered the best customer service I've received in a long time. I got what I wanted quickly and the young man was so kind and humble. The plant that I wanted looked worn and he ensured that he looked for one that was pleasant. I had a very lovely experience here and so did my children. There was also a sanitizing station at the entrance of the store.

Great service. Great selection. Great prices. Pet Smart always seems to hire the most enthusiastic people to work there. They always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help you in any way they can or at least that's my experience here. Keep up the good work.
