Kim is very professional and courteous. Very fast turnaround time for helping us with a quitclaim deed. Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future if needed.

The lady with whom I dealt was very difficult and unfriendly. She talked over me every time I tried to point out a mistake in her paperwork, and as a result, she ended up having to rewrite and reprint the the sales summary four times, which was long and painful for everyone involved. The really sad part was that all of her errors came from her misreading a simple, 50-word contract addendum. I will avoid this company for any future business.
