I haven't been there I hear it's helpful
Thomson offers plenty to see and do for an overnight or a day trip. Be sure to check out White Hills Lavender and Herb Farm in Dearing. Also, don't miss the shopping at Aunt Tique and Uncle Junk's. This is one of my favorite stops-very unique items and great prices.
Take time to visit historic Wrightsboro, see the church and watch for upcoming improvements. The Blind Willie McTell Blues Festival is a great experience and shouldn't be missed! Thomson also has a great art gallery and museum.
Lovely downtown area.
Terrific small town with plenty to do and lots of friendly people.
