We tried to call both Monday & Tuesday and were left without being answered 7+ minutes both times. We called the aquarium in hopes of actually reaching someone. The woman who answered the phone informed us the location was closed due to staffing problems. While I completely get staffing problems, there was not a single piece of signage ANYWHERE. The website and Google both showed the location as open as well. Today is our last day and we visited every other attraction by Ripley already. The woman on the phone just suggested we could go to one of the locations we had already been to. We didn’t pay to go to the same thing twice, we paid to see them all. I am highly upset with the way this has been handled, especially since the very nice woman at the 5D theatre spoke so incredibly highly of this attraction. Customer service has not been a highlight for this location.

Loved it here, the laser tag was really fun and the mini golf was great. I love the 80s I didn't want to leave.

There was what looked like a lifesize Trump at the door which was the first red flag. Didn't see any actual arcade. The mini golf was horrible and I am surprised no one has been seriously injured and closed it down. The second floor is all mini golf. We had add on Ripley's tickets to use and it was raining so outdoor golf wasn't an option. This was definitely not worth it.
