Food was great! Service wasn't that good. Took along time to get our drinks. We walked in the dorr at 1105 am. So it wasn't busy. We will be back. Love the environment. It has this old 60s fill.

Great food and amazing service. Even though it was busy our waitress made sure that we were okay and give us updates on our food. 10/10 would definitely go back and recommend to anyone

The staff were so nice, took great care of us. As we were having our delicious and well prepared foodnWe were happy with the food and service. Clean place, clean restroom. Staff wore mask. Practicing social distancing on seating.

Stayed at the nearby Hilton and thought this would be a fun spot to have dinner with our 6 year old. We've been to other locations and have always enjoyed our experience, but this place is a hot mess. It took forever for the wait staff to take our order and the food took equally as long to come out after ordering. They brought us our fries 15 minutes before our food came out so when our food was served, they were cold. My grilled cheese was like a brick. Then we ordered a milk shake at 7:30 and were told the kitchen was closed which seems weird because it was 30 minutes before close. When I said that I thought they were open for 30 more minutes, she said that they may be out of ice cream, clearly untrue because other guests were still getting shakes.

I am very disappointed. My family of 5 (3 young kids) just checked into our hotel after a long drive. We got changed right away and walked over to Johnny Rockets. We weren’t even acknowledged by one employee when we got there. We waited about 8 minutes because they were waiting on a few tables but still didn’t even receive a greeting. On a Sunday, when they close at 9pm, we arrived at 8:05pm. We went back outside to try to figure out a new plan to eat and moments after we walked outside, an employee came out to take their sign inside and locked the doors. At 8:15pm. Completely unacceptable and worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. Now we have to wait until 9:50 for a pizza delivery. Very frustrating since we were actually looking forward to eating Johnny Rockets. If zero stars was an option, they would be receiving zero stars.
