Farmers Home Furniture

I have had a account at Farmers Home Furniture for 7 years now. Never been late with a payment, always a month ahead. Almost 2 weeks ago I renewed my account with a stove and washing machine... I need to have them delivered and was told that the delivery staff was in quarantine until this week, and I could expect delivery on Thursday the 25th between 10 and 11 am. Well after 11 today I called to see where my appliances were and was told that the delivery man was sick and couldn't deliver! I said you only have 1 person to deliver? Was told yes and that they were trying to get temporary help...I may get my purchase in the next couple days! It's sad that a perfect account customer is treated like this! ud83dude2a

Friendly folks here and down to earth as well. I was pleased with the assistance of loading my furniture also. Prices are reasonable.nIf you're looking for a deal, ask about potential items that have possibly been returned.

It was a very good experience,greeted at the door with warm welcome very nice people working there.They have some beautiful furniture & nice appliances at good prices,I would recommend it if you ever need appliances or furniture.

Recently bought a piece of furniture. No problem with the furniture or the associates that brought it. However, when I returned to submit my first payment after putting money down, they wanted to charge me more than the due payment. Originally, My contract stated 12months interest fee and 15%off the total price. When I went to pay, they racked on all these hidden fees, and I didn’t see any discounts. Don’t fall for their “promotions” because you will still end up paying more. You might as well go to Haverty’s or somewhere. Crooked sales people.
