Made an appointment to have my RV serviced while staying in Willow Valley RV park at 0600 24 Dec 2020. The park is just across the highway from Mountain Gas. I stood outside my RV in the rain and watched as the Mountain Gas truck pulled into the park. I sfarted shinning the flashlight on my phone. He filled an RV approximately 100 yards from my RV. While I was still standing in the rain I began to flash my flashlight as he drove down the row behind me. He then just left the park. I am currently looking for a more reliable/professional gas distributor. The next few nights were below 20 degrees. Sure could have used the gas.

Only pay attention to the local guide reviews for this place. The 5 star reviews are fishy. The woman behind the desk literally yelled at us and said she hates Floridians, when she herself gave the wrong date to come back to get the propane refilled. You cant have someone this mentally unstable to work your front desk. Bad for business, your prices are good but it's not worth dealing with that woman. Other reviews are saying the same, there is a consistent pattern of neglect.

If I could choose zero stars I would. These people do not follow up or do what they say they are going to do. I switched to them after decades with tugalo and now I wish I never had. Two months to light a pilot light and still hasn't been done. When I called the first time never a mention of a charge for the service. Now when I call back to find out why they haven't lit it, it all of a sudden $90. Ridiculous poor excuse for customer service. Never doing business with them again.

Customer Service, including deliveries, has always been top notch, helpful and speedy. Highly recommend these folks!

I have found Mountain Gas to be excellent. They consistently have the lowest prices. The key is to own your tank. That way you can buy gas from any provider with the best price.In addition, they advised me on installing an underground tank I bought from them that was refurbished at a great price compared to much higher prices from the area competitors. They guided me on the proper installation when I had the equipment to bury the tank myself at no charge.
