The used to do a great job here but I don't know what happened. I have been told twice this week my prescription was ready and when I got there it's not even in process. I am headed out for my 3rd time now and 3rd text message may be the lucky one. I will be transferring map prescriptions to another kroger as this is just too much aggravation.nI almost forgot to add the line is always at least 6 to 10 people deep these days and no one in any kind of hurry.n.

Laurie is the worst , she has the worst customer service. She literally told us you know we close in 15 minutes why are you here ? We tell her we just want to pick up prescriptions. She says whatever and rolls her eyes. She rolled her eyes at the guy behind us too. I told the pharmacist and his words were thank you for the feedback. He then said what you perceive as rude isn't rude just because you believe it. I asked if he cared if she rolled her eyes at customers and he said thank you for the feedback. This was not our first experience with Laurie. I don't understand how she still works there

Multiple times they were scheduled to have my medications auto filled and not have them ready within 48 hours of the fill time.nnAnd I've been shorted pills now a few times as well. You should be able to trust your pharmacy and I cant trust this place.

I have given this pharmacy so many chances to redeem themselves! The current prescription that had been filled by them wasn’t even in their system so I called the doctor for a refill. My doctor call 2 days in a row to get this prescription filled! I even stayed on the phone when the doctor confirmed it was finally accepted in the system. That was at 2:00 pm . After returning to the pharmacy 2 times on that day, they told me they didn’t have time to fill it! On return the next day it still wasn’t filled!!!!!! Then once it was finally filled, they said I didn’t have any insurance on file! First, all my doctors and other pharmacies always have this information. Their computer software always updates the information. I know this because when I go to the doctor at the beginning of every year, I ask do they need my card and they always say, we have your information. In addition I have used this pharmacy two times since January 1 and they NEVER said they didn’t have my insurance. The prescription before this one, had to be called in 3 times and the pharmacy took 8 days to fill it!!!!! It was finally filled at the Kroger in Ridge Road.

If I could give 0 stars I would! My husband has picked up his medicine from this pharmacy for years. However he changed to a different pharmacy today. With covid we do curbside pickups and drive through. Especially during a pandemic the pickup window is so important. For the last several months it's always closed. He went in the last 2 days to get his meds and the line was so long. He went in a second time today before 7pm and they were closed already. I'm not sure what's going on but it's not good!
