CVS SUCKS! I never deal with stand alone pharmacies. They offered a $15 coupon to transfer prescription so I came in with offer In Hand to find out how it works and the attendant checked my prescriptions and told me I could transfer them and to pick up coupon with the refill the next day. I come the next day only to be told the prescription that was filled does not qualify and that the employee misinformed me (after he checked with the head pharmacist while I was there). So now that I am already in the system they can't do it with another Rx. WHAT A BAIT AND SWITCH. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I'm going back to other pharmacy. This Really brought my blood pressure up. I did what I was suppose to do! I was so upset.

The customer service used to be excellent at this pharmacy, for about 6 years now I have been satisfied. In fact I changed from my drive thru pharmacy to Target because their employees were so friendly. Now, I will be switching back to my old pharmacy. I shouldn't have to get out of my car for mediocre service.
