My movie did not come out when I ran my card. I called from in front of the machine and I was informed that the credit card part of the machine wasn't working and my there was no record of my card being ran. Two weeks later I get charged for the movie we never received I called and they informed me that there was nothing they could do even tho they had record of my initial call. So we were charged 31 dollars for a movie and I even told the lady when I initially called that I was afraid of this happening. Super disappointed with service at redbox
