Their selection is amazing. If prices are higher than others it’s not by much and well worth the assumption that they always have what I am looking for with few exceptions. Customer service could be a tad more welcoming, but no one is rude and they can be helpful when asked.
If you want to support your local small business this store is not it. Their customer service is awful and they don't care about their customers at all.nThey also have an unspoken policy that they do not give refunds under any circumstance. Even though said policy is not posted anywhere in their store. Even if you have a receipt and the product is immaculate.nnBig Al's in powder springs will always receive my business from now on.
The customer service was awful. The guys that were working there weren't friendly at all. They didn't help me find what I was looking for. They never left from behind the counter. They only pointed and spoke English that I could barely understand to help me find what I needed. The prices are higher than most places I have been. They also had expired margarita mix on the shelves. Check the dates before buying! I also feel like it is very rude for them to have a full conversation in another language to other employees while barely speaking to their customers.
Last night was my first time ever as a adult buy liquor legally. That have a beautiful store great prices and it was so clean and everyone was so sure distancing the employees were nice and work quickly to satisfy my needs definitely 5 stars
Great selection of alcohol. Huge store and you can find or try out any you want. Price is very good. Cheaper than usual liquor stores. Also they have all kinds of beers.
