I found this place about 2 years ago and loved it. I only bring my expensive items to them to fix. Great customer service with a smile.
Mark helped my husband and I create a beautiful custom ring for our 15th anniversary. We were able to use the stones from my original wedding set in the design. He listened to what I wanted and created a sketch of it while we were there, then, a few days later, he created a 3D prototype for me to approve. It was better than I ever expected and very reasonably priced for the custom design and work. I would recommend Mark and Criterion to anyone who truly wants a unique look! Mark has been designing and creating jewelry for many years and definitely knows what he is doing!
Love the staff here. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and they spent the time with me to get it just right. I was blown away at the finished product, the price was amazing, and the craftsmanship says that they love what the do. I’m a customer for life.
Rob and Mark are just awesome. Great customer service. They custom designed a ring for my spouse's birthday gift. We love it!! We will definitely come back.
