I took my wedding band and ring to get sized because I gained weight and they were tight. A lady named Jessica helped me when I got there, super nice and professional! She told me the new size it would be and the price. I agreed and picked up my rings a week later. I couldn’t believe how clean and shiny they were! If you are looking for an honest hassle free place to buy jewelry this is the place! They made my wedding ring set custom and had it ready very fast! There quality of work is unmatched. If you need it done prestige can do it!!! Beautiful pieces! Defiantly going here for everything I need. I’ve been back several times since and they handle everything so quickly. Prestige Jewelers in Hiram, GA is the only jeweler I will ever go to. My jeweler is Leslie but everyone there is very knowledgeable. I just came from there just now. Had locked backs put on the Ruby earrings my hubby got me for Valentines Day. Also, had my wedding set and other jewelry items cleaned. Picked them up today. Not only did they clean and polish so they shined so beautifully. Leslie checked every stone under a microscope to see if any where loose. One was and they tightened it. Other jewelers may have not checked and I would've lost a stone. Recommend Prestige Jewelers very highly. Whole staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable which to me is very important!
Both Jessica and Lesley was amazing. These ladies were so patient, knowledgeable and kind. I'm always going in there and receiving above excellent service. They took excellent care of us made us feel welcomed. If you're looking for quality and great pricing jewelry this is the place to shop!!
