I’ve been planning to get married with my wedding planner for over a year. My wedding is scheduled for May 10 in the middle of this Covid-19 pandemic. Of course for safety I can no longer have my wedding. It’s stressful and disappointing but out of my control. I reached out to this place where I had a dance floor and piping drape reserved. Their policy is you can make changes to your order up to a week prior to the event however I wasn’t told that the changes wouldn’t be refunded. I was informed by them that I would receive a credit in the event I wanted to book a Christmas party! Really? My WEDDING IS CANCELED and I’ll have a future credit for a Christmas party! I was informed that they’re apart of a team and the are all doing it this way.... horrible response especially during this time!
At the last minute I realized I need tables & chairs. Not knowing where to go I went on line. Found Unlimited Party & Event Rental, the was phone was answered by a very nice and helpful party planner within 3 minutes I had the tables & chairs waiting waiting for me to pickup.nPickup and drop off was simple & easy, I just pulled up and gave them my receipt. They loaded my car with awesome customers service and with the same AWESOME customer service they unloaded my car as well.nThanks Guys
I was absolutely upset when I received a moon bounce And set it up just to see how gross and dirty it was .make sure to receive instructions on set up before leaving the place .
