I already knew what I wanted and Billy just reconfirmed my decision on a Speed Queen washer. They delivered as promised and removed and disposed of my old broken unit. Love my washer and hoping to get the dryer soon!

The entire experience of buying a new stove and refrigerator with Smith Appliance was very pleasant. Billy at the Hiram location was helpful, knowledgeable and lead me right to what I was looking for. Chris and Tim delivered and installed the range, range hood, and refrigerator making sure everything was done properly and quickly. They removed the old appliances, too. I highly recommend this company for your appliance needs.
