I can't recommend this company enough!! Outstanding customer service and great prices to boot. They made a minor mistake in my initial install that I would have never noticed and came back later to completely remove and reinstall the system. Wow!nnWe even had a minor issue with our thermostat months later and they came out within an hour of calling to troubleshoot. Incredible!!

We recently had both the upstairs and downstairs AC/Heating units replaced on 18 year old systems, as well as re-ducted the basement for future renovations. We interviewed 4 vendors and Cochran Complete was an easy choice. Extremely professional from the first visit, Jason helped us map out the best course of action to get the results we wanted with the budget that we had. He was the first vendor to deliver a quote and the only one that custom tailored the packages to meet the needs for each floor. Everyone else either didn't respond or sent a generic quote.nnThe work itself was extremely fast and very professional-- in and out of the house quickly, friendly, and informative. Troy, the main installer, was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure every zone in the house was getting the airflow that was needed. They are also able to remote-monitor the systems, and can reach out for proactive maintenance / remote troubleshoot issues for us in the future should any arise.nnAfter having an ancient, expensive system in the home for the last two years, it's amazing how comfortable the house is now, and we have the entire team at Cochran to thank for it. I highly recommend their work, and it's great to be able to work with a local business rather than one of the bigger national chains.

I used Cochran Cooling & Heating to install my new HVAC unit a few weeks ago after my niece recommended them to me. I can say nothing but good things about them. The guys that came out were on time and very timely with their install. They showed up around 8 and got done around 4 and I already started to feel a noticeable difference in my home by 4:30! Since my new system was put in, I have found that I sleep so much better at night because it’s not burning hot in my house. Thank you so much to Cochran for providing me with a more comfortable home! I will continue to use Cochran for all of my heating and air needs and will recommend them again and again.

The Cochran Technician came out within 3 hours of my phone call. He diagnosed and repaired the problems with parts he carried on his truck. He was respectful and used shoe covers as he went in and out. He worked and tested until he knew each part of the system was working correctly.nnI was very happy with their professionalism.

Installed new Rheem 20 Seer Variable Speed AC with Heat pump . This system rocks! Humidity control and effortless connection to my Smart Home integrated network. My electricity bill already dropped 18% within the last 45 days over last year at this same time.nCochran's Cooling team always takes the time to explain all of the features and benefits whenever they come to my home for service or upgrades. Their price on my new system replacing my 17 y/o units was THOUSANDS less than Costco's membership package for the exact SAME equipment.nCall these experts for the best installation or for service if you appreciate straight shooters without all the BS.
