The staff was very very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did not overcharge and offered suggestions so I could stay within my budget. . I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Electric. Fast, reliable, friendly, I could go on and on! ...Casey was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and works fast....but let me tell you about Malena in their office! She is the best part of the experience. She was super helpful; answered all of my questions. She made sure I was left with no surprises! Did everything in her power to make sure all of my concerns were address as this was my first time ever having to work with an electrician. I will call on them first from now on! Thank you!

Mr. Electric of Douglasville is timely, honest, and skilled. When another electrician company left me without power and with a 10k estimate to fix the problem late on a Saturday afternoon, Mr. Electric jumped to my aid. A technician arrived within 10 minutes to confirm my suspicion that another company had tried to rip me off. He worked late into Saturday, all day Sunday, and powered through Monday to make sure that I could have power by Monday night. He even secured an inspection for us to confirm that everything had been fixed properly. He did all of this with kindness and grace and for less than a fifth of what we were quoted by the other business. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Mr. Electric of Douglasville. I highly recommend them to anyone who will listen and I will gladly use them again.
