We have the membership and my car looks great all the time inside and out! The wash is superior and the tire shine is like no other! Convenient locations allow regular visits regardless of where I am hoping in the metro area!

Never going to be like a hand washing, but for an automatic car wash, this one is good. I have a Jeep Cherokee and the back never gets cleaned so I need to go over it again afterward. Vacuums work great - gets rid of most of the dog fur that gets woven into the fabric. Would I recommend? Yes, absolutely.

This used to be my favorite car wash membership place.. but ever since Covid the took away the towels that you use to dry your car. They also took away the tire shine and the spray.. you basic get an exterior was and get to vacuum your car. I can understand to stop the spread of virus it’s necessary. But why keep the prices the same your price was set based on the amenities that you offer if you no longer offer them then you need to provide a discount

The only problem I had was they weren't accepting cash at the time. Other than that their pricing, friendliness, & willingness to help me was awesome. I definitely give them 5 stars.

Update- mister car wash reached out and after a few discussions and a some very helpful managers, we got a fair deal worked out. Changed from 3 stars to 5 because they cared.nnI had an incident about 1 year ago and my truck was pretty scratched at the Hiram location. I have a case and I understand we are all struggling with COVID but I've reached out multiple times to customer service and left messages, but with no response. Still need to get the issue corrected and no one is answering. How can i escalate the issue so i can get it fixed if no one answers or returns calls? Staff onsite is as helpful as can be and the car washes and hours are good though.... that's why i still use mister car wash.
