We inquired online about a quote & Platinum responded immediately. During this pandemic, it is struggling times for our family considering me & my husband are both laid off. Steve worked with us & after talking with him, it is very clear that he cares about his customers & strives to give the best customer service. He wanted to get our minor problems solved just as much as we did. Platinum has not came out to spray yet & I’m already impressed with the values of this company. That is how you run a business. I never leave reviews, but you give credit where credit is definitely due!! I would much rather give our money to a local company, rather than any corporate business. Thank you, Steve!
