I’m so upset about not receiving my rug. I ordered on Amazon and it never arrived within the time frame and still I waited patiently and nothing. I understand times are a bit hard now but it would be nice if the company communicated that and not me having to reach out twice to find out what was going on. Purchasing this was the main piece I was waiting for so I held off on ordering other things so I could see how it went with my decor. I have no friends so I was looking forward to enjoying my summer people watching on my balcony in a cozy setting and we don’t get long summers in Canada so I’m really bummed about this. It’s pointless to order anything now because I won’t get to enjoy it that long. Now my balcony remains as sad and empty as my heart. I didn’t want to give it 1 star because I don’t want to make the owner feel as sad as I do because I’m sure it wasn’t intentional. But just communicate better so expectations aren’t crushed when you watch the UPS guy come and go by your window. Stay safe everyone one.

purchased over amazon, so called carped is more like a paper yes you can return BUT $25 for shipping and 20% restocking fee better to save the stress book the $90 as experience and that's it.

Purchased rug on Amazon from icustomrug and rug arrived a different color than rug pictured. The rug was 211.00 and when I told them the rug was gray not beige they told me per policy I could send back rug at my expense which they stated they could offer at a discounted rate at around $50.00 and I would have a restocking fee subtracted for a total of 89.00. I would be paying 89.00 for a rug that was sent back leaving me with no rug and if kept it I would have to put in the garage because doesn’t match anything. They mess up and post pictures misrepresenting colors/texture and then want me to pay close to $100 dollars or 45 percent of what I paid for the rug only to be left with no rug. I’m an Interior Designer and have never experienced such poor customer service. Disheartening and sad.....Buyer Beware!
