Worst pharmacy I have ever been patron of. They were absolutely not thoughtful; uncooperative, rude, discriminative and vindictive. This pharmacy has very poor customer service. I tried to synchronize my medication to pick up once a month for several month dealing with misleading, rudeness and humiliation, and end up hearing from them after all that I am not eligible for synchronizing and from this point they no longer will do asthmatic refill of my medication because of my insurance. Really?! I have to transfer all my medication to Meijer. Their pharmacy has no problem with my insurance to synchronize and auto-refill my medication.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been patron of. They were rude when we called in to check on a script, actually acted annoyed that I called the evening the doctor called it in. They said it wouldn’t be ready until the morning, so I called in the morning but nobody answered the phone. Because nobody answered the phone i drove over to check on the script at 10am... was completely ignored at the counter even though there were three people standing on the other side of it. I was told the rx would be ready in 45 minutes - it wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm... keep in mind, the rx was called in the evening before so it took 24 hours to get this prescription filled. I absolutely will never use this pharmacy again. Staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to work, took waaaay too long to fill. Thank goodness these meds weren’t for something my life depended on!
Absolutely the worst Kroger and Kroger Pharmacy I have dealt with in the 5 states I've lived. While you do have a good pharmacist and 1 good tech, the others just don't care and don't want to do any work - literally. They will shut the drive thru window for being understaffed, not answer the phone, and goodness only knows if something is filled at the wrong Kroger location at no fault of your own, they blame everyone else and basically tell you it's easier to go to that location and pick it up after arguing about it.nnThis is also the worst Kroger store - it's too small and their shelves are always empty. They literally have no idea how to stock or forecast at all. I've talked to the manager and several Team Leaders over a 2 month period regarding 1 product that the other stores were getting weekly, but they couldn't do. Today they're out of another item because they didn't stock enough and since it went on sale, it was gone literally in 1 hr for pretzels. The people are not friendly or care at all as well.nnPick another location or better yet - change to a different company!
We have lived in Plainview for a long time and been with the Pharmacy forever. We've probably worked most with Chris but everyone we've talked to has been so friendly, so helpful and extremely patient. In this day and age it's nice to feel like you are way more than a number!!
Last month I went to pick up my prescription and was told they had run out and to come back the next day. I did and fortunately my prescription had been filled. This month my doctor called in a refill. It was supposed to be filled two days ago. I went yesterday to pick it up and was told they had run out but would be getting some the following afternoon (Friday). I called this afternoon to confirm that it was ready and was told it had not come in and they don't get another shipment until Monday. I will be out after tomorrow (I can only get it refilled 48 hours in advance). I asked if they could transfer it to a store that has my medication in stock and was told that it cannot be tranferred; my doctor would have to call in a new script to a different pharmacy. Unfortunately, my doctor's office closes at noon on Fridays. So I'm just out of luck. I'll be out of my meds until at least Monday afternoon and maybe longer. The lady with whom I spoke was not rude or unkind, but definitely didn't seem to care much. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.
