Wow, I was really impressed with these men. We had tried to fix our septic ourselves but knew we needed the tanks drained/cleaned and possibly a new pump. We called them at 9 am and they were at our house by 3:45, and they fixed EVERYTHING within an hour. We had already uncovered one tank so it went smoother for them, if you know where your septic tank is, I recommend you do that. But these men came and did such a fantastic job, and we’re very respectful. And they were happy to teach us what they were doing along the way. Thank you guys again for helping us!!
J & J were the only company that was responsive with an actual “show.”nnAnd...I live much out of their normal range. This cost a bit more-but worth it!!nnJoe originally told me he wasn’t able to squeeze me in for a day or so, but his mom called back (Quickly and) they came they next morning (with updates on time)nnEven cable companies don’t do that!!!nThey fixed the problem and gave advice on how to manage things for the future!!nnAmazing!nSo “great-ful!”nn—After over a week of waiting on other companies to return calls and to show.nnThanks J and J’
Very honest and respectful people. Worked hard to do the job and do it correctly. Would recommend to anyone getting their septic pumped to use them, you would be very happy.
Great company! They made it out same day and fixed the issue. I'm not super familiar with septic tanks having had sewer systems my whole life and they took the time to educate me and give helpful hints to keep it up and running. Super personable and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again
