I always use Woodard and Sons. Jacob is always very professional. A very smart young man. Have used them for all my appliances repairs for at least 20 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I recommend Woodard and Sons for all repairs.

Jacob, Woodard and Sons’ technician, is the consummate professional..Having lived here for 20-plus years, I have used Woodard and Sons for all of my appliance repair needs and have been extremely satisfied with all work completed. Jacob is extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. On one occasion, my wife and I were convinced our garage freezer of 38 years was dying and began shopping for a new one. Although Woodard sells new freezers, Jacob performed maintenance on our freezer for a minimal fee and it is now operating at 100%. A considerable savings when I would have purchased a new freezer. I can not say enough about Jacob. Both honest and attentive to his customer’s needs, he needs to be commended for the tremendous work he does.
I tried them once and had a bad experience. Tried again today, not any better. Go anywhere to buy a part except here.
HIGHLY recommend calling another appliance repair company. Jacob is extremely rude and has no time for customers.
