Had them out to replace the same hose bib in 3 months. Charged me both times about $ 170 each time and it still leaks. They tried to handle it over the phone and not wanting to come out again and I'm not willing to pay another $ 170 for the same hose bib for the third time in 3 months.
Just a note to tell you how very much I appreciate the wonderful job that Brad and Josh id for me in connecting my house to the city sewer system. They are two great workers and very fine men. I was most impressed with their professionalism. I know that you must be so happy to have these two men working for you! Again, thank you for a job well done. I am one happy customer!
Roberts Plumbing replaced the waterline at my dads 100 year old home. I appreciate their professionalism in responding when I called and returning calls and giving me updates. Scott Roberts provided a detailed estimate, even anticipating possible additional costs that could be incurred so I had a complete picture of the job. Workers did a great job and humored my elderly father. I recommend this company without hesitation!
We have used Roberts Plumbing for years. Garry is very professional and always does a great job. Had a problem last week and called for service. Garry and his assistant Ty were here the very next day. They repaired the leak in the hot water line in a very efficient and timely manner. They were both very courteous. Highly recommend!
