I chose Lawson to install a new unit in my home in 2018. They did an excellent job and I was impressed with their service. I have since moved and needed a new unit in my new home. I called Lawson and they were excellent to work with, once again. Brad the sales person/project manager was very professional. He reviewed all options with me. He also completed all forms for warranty and rebates; which made the process much easier for me. The install team was professional. They took great care not to scratch my floors and walls. They even suggested a modification to the way my system was installed to make it easier for me to change air filters. I thought this attention to detail and focus on customer service was quite nice. They take great pride in the work they do. Everything was clean when they were done as if they had never been there. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future!

Highly recommend Lawson Plumbing. Affordable, Professional, just great service. My job was a little complicated, but they handled it ,no problem. Not even a mess to clean up. I am so impressed with the great job they did and at a reasonable price. Thank goodness for good old fashioned hometown service. It is nice to know people like this still exist. Thank you so much!!

Sorry, but my experience with your company was not too good. I wanted an estimate for an LP gas line for a fireplace in my living room. The two folks that came listened to my needs and I walked them through my home to show them the route that might work. They couldn't give me a quote without talking to their supervisor. I finally asked their names and one said he was James. They said they would explain my needs to their supervisor and he would call me shortly with an estimate. They said they would have to go get supplies and tools. I checked that they had my phone number and I would hear from someone soon. They left and I never heard from anyone. Not professional in appearance or personality.

I recommend Lawson for plumbing needs. We had a sink that was almost fully clogged with general soap buildup way down in the pipe and 2 toilets that needed attention. James W. was our technician and he was one of the most personable people I’ve been around in a VERY LONG TIME! He explained our options and then performed the option we chose. Thank you, James, for being so professional! Your knowledge with plumbing is just what I needed in an already stressful time.

Lawson AC and Plumbing provide a replacement unit and accessories to out Main Floor Unit. Chase and Sebastian were the Service Representatives assigned by Scott and performed an Excellent Job. Professionally done, clean upon their departure. They are an asset to Lawson. We will continue to use Lawson for all of our AC and Plumbing needs and highly recommend them to all who need and desire prompt, professional and high quality service.
