I walked in with my son was given an appointment right then waited less than 15 minutes meet with the pa which was phenomenal with my son casted it and on our way I'm very grateful for giving longstreet a second chance...

Out of 3 times I've been here....the first I was 30 minutes early, waited 10 minutes, and then was told they had to reschedule the appt because the nerve conduction test wasn't ordered. The second time I arrived a few minutes early, waited 20 minutes after my appt time till I was called back. Today was my third visit, arrived on time, and waited 40 minutes before being called back. Once I get back the doctors and nurses have been terrific. I'd give 5 stars if it weren't for the wait time.

If your appointment is at 9:00 am be prepared to wait no less than an hour past your appointment time...never fails. Terrible wait times but good doctors.

It takes forever for a callback, they did not prescribe the right amount of medicine for my husband. They told him they would correct the prescription, but had already locked the doors when I got there to pick it up after work. Altogether unprofessional and uncaring.
