Kroger Pharmacy

Prices are fair. The service and wait times are not acceptable. I dropped off the script was told we will text when ready for pickup. NO text back. Verified my phone number before I left the drop off window. The male working the window ask 3 times to correctly repeat my phone number. Called a day later and they acted as though I was at fault. When I asked the girl who answered the phone the next day what phone number was on file, it was not the correct number I had given to the male clerk.nThis is not a way to run a business when medications are involved for health. I will speak to a manager.

I have never had any problems here. The waits are reasonable and the staff are all professional.

This pharmacy has GOT to get it together. Multiple times we have received texts that our RX was ready only to arrive and there be an issue. My son has extreme food allergies and is on a prescription formula. Several times we have arrived only to find 3 out of the 15 cans have been filled. It took us 4 visits before they finally got it corrected.nFriday my husband attempted to pick up my BC only to be told it wasn’t there (again) and to come back Saturday. Saturday we arrive and we are told to come back Monday. I then received a text on Monday saying that the RX was $360 for something that was JUST filled that I never had to pay for before. I was told this was because a generic had hit the market but that a generic wasn’t FDA approved and “no pharmacy in the country was allowed to fill it”. This is word for word what I was told, no exaggeration. When I asked why we were even talking about a generic as nobody (myself nor my provider) had requested for the generic to be filled , I was cut off by the man that took over the phone call only for him to repeat himself. I then decided to hang up and call the location on Thompson bridge. Hannah did a great job of taking care of this for me. She said she could have the generic filled by Wednesday. When I told her what the guy at Jesse jewel said about it “not being cleared by the FDA”, she half laughed as if what I was told was out of the blue. She then put me on hold to further look into this only to find it was completely inaccurate information.nnJudging by past reviews it seems the staff here needs some serious retraining for many issues. We won’t be returning. Everybody deserves a second chance but this location has blown it multiple times.

Its a comfortable store to go to and not having massive lines which take almost an hour waiting to check outud83dudc4c

When I first tried this pharmacy out, I had a less than ideal experience just as the other reviews had said, and considered going back to my old pharmacy. However, the convenience of the location led me to stick with them for the last 6 months. It seems like every time I come back they have better service. They are now almost as good as my old pharmacy, except that their app/website system does not work. I could never get through the registration process because the online forms are broken.
