Ken was incredibly helpful and made the experience positive and painless. The facilities are clean and nice. I'm happy I chose them for my unit.
I just setup my rental here, Kenneth was very easy to talk to, knew the answer to every question I had without looking it up somewhere and took his time and showed me every space I asked to see. I went home, took some measurements and it all lined up. I signed up the next day. Great service, facility seems very clean and secure. Lets hope no issues arise, but for now a perfect 5 star
Ken was amazing, the customer service was great. They were quick to help and very informative. Friendly and welcoming, definitely will store things here in the future if needed.
Simply self storage is awesome . Courtney was the one who helped me and she was very helpful and informative. Very nice and safe place !
The online process for reserving and paying my first dues was easy and convenient. A day later I went into the location to finish up my leasing agreement and take a tour of the facility. Overall the experience was seamless and I would recommend them to anyone shopping for a storage facility.
