Being new to Jackson county it was a big decision choosing a realtor. Would they know the area? Would they understand the market? would they have our best interest at heart? the answer to all those questions is a resounding yes! The Orbans are a top notch real estate team with the experience and insight to make your transaction a success. We always heard back, often times in a matter of minutes, when we reached out with questions or concerns. They made themselves available with a flexibility that was extremely helpful. We purchased a new home using Rich and Grace to facilitate the deal. What a great choice. Grace was always by our side, whether it be a walk through or the final closing. Her experience and advocacy made a difference in the outcome of our purchase. In addition Rich and Grace possess a strong commitment to their church and community, that demonstrates the kind of people they are. Grace is one in a Million! She helped us with two! moves in one year. First to help find us a rental on our cross country move in May of 2020. Then again in February 2021 to help us secure the property of our dreams. She went above and beyond to keep the process moving forward throughout the entire process. I highly recommend giving Grace a call when you need help in the real estate market.

We are thrilled with the results we got using the Best Team as our realtors! We almost tried to go it on our own, but are so glad we didn't.
